Christian Voices United exists to promote the gospel of Jesus Christ through Christian choral music so that all may know God’s unending love in a non-denominational musical setting.

FALL 2026

Tuesday, August 18, 2026 is our preview party for our concert, Fall-Filling Spirituals. Bring something to delicious to share, receive your music, pay dues and listen to our concert selections.
Our first rehearsal is Tuesday, August 25 at 1:00 p.m. and will be on every Tuesday thereafter 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
If you are planning to see our concert, tickets will be available September 30th. You are more than welcome to purchase tickets 30 minutes prior to rehearsal or 30 minutes after rehearsal. You may also call 630.917.6797 to acquire tickets outside of those times. Tickets are $15. Once purchased, tickets are not refundable.
Fall Concert is Tuesday, November 17 2:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.
SPRING 2027
Auditions are by appointment only up until Tuesday, December 22 2026. Our Director is out of town December 26, 2026 – January 2, 2027 so please plan accordingly!
January 4 2027 Preview Day at 1:00 p.m. Bring something to delicious to share, receive your music, pay dues and listen to our concert selections. Our first rehearsal will be January 5 and will be on every Tuesday thereafter 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Crescendo Choral Festival
We’ve committed to participate in Crescendo Choral Festival again this year! January 31 mass Rehearsal 10:00 – 1:00 with composer, Joel Raney. Crescendo Choral Festival Sunday, February 1 at 4:00 p.m. with call time of 2:30 for us.
Spring Concert is Tuesday, March 31 3:00 p.m. & 6:30 p.m.
Ticket Purchasing
1. Come to the portico at Community United Methodist between noon and 1:00 on Tuesdays starting September 30. The address is 309 College Ave. Fruitland Park, FL.
2. Purchase a ticket from a CVU chorister before November 1, 2025.
3. Call 630-917-6797. We will arrange payment and delivery.
4. At the door the day of the concert.
Fall Concert: Tuesday, November 18, 2025 3:00 AND 6:30 p.m. at CUMC.
